Forecast for gale westerlies made us explore this seldom visited corner of the Lake Sumner Forest Park. We walked up Carlyle Stream to the cosy Carlyle Hut on the first day and were blown over Horsehoe Hill by an increasingly strong westerly. Team: Nic Low, James Thornton and Nina Dickerhof
